"It's only 3 chapters... let's see what it's about" this was me before starting reading this manga XD
Testa is a genious professor that solves codes (but he prefers puzzles) and know many languages. Thanks to that his old friend, Sergeant Rossa, introduces him to the Cryptanalysis Department to decipher the Luger Code: a code made and used by werewolves. The results aren't really great and to have better possibilities they try to ask help to Yonaga, a girl werewolf captured by the military.
It's a really simple plot but it's interesting but... it's only 3 chapters so it's not really long... (that's because they wanted to make a short anime (30-40 minutes) of this so) but the ending is really open so maybe there will be a complete series or something... (no, there won't be! XD)
The art is really great (the artist is the one of Medaka Box -> never read that one XD) so I enjoyed it.

My rating: 7/10

Story Spoiler

The most interesting thing about this manga is when Yonaga transforms Testa into a werewolf to save Rossa. This was really the climax of the manga. I wanted to read more after this (and that's why I wrote about a complete series XD) since it's interesting to know the life of Testa and Yonaga that escape from both humans and werewolves. And of a way for Testa to return human (if possibile)...
