The first manga that I finished this year!!
I started it because the drawings seems cute (and they are!) and because I wanted to read a shoujo.
The manga starts with our main character Anzu Sakurai that loves to eats cakes but dislike to bake them. Her father want that Anzu take the cake shop and disappears leaving Anzu and his apprentice Tsukiya behind. This beginning really is similar to Ufo Baby (Daa! Daa! Daa! of Mika Kawamura) but after the first chapter the story change and Anzu is forced to accpet challenges quest. She continue to bake cakes and with the help of Tsukiya they overcome the trials.
I like this manga, it's simple and the main character is full of energy but we can't say the same of Tsukiya since he seems more of a support character (he is since he only helps Anzu) and there's not really much romance. The chapters focus only on baking cakes (they seems really good and they makes you hunger XDD) and only at the end there's a little romance. The manga is good but I expected, since it's a shoujo, a little more romance at the end. But overall the manga is a good reading and nice.
